Just 5 miles from Grimsby , set in acres of farmland on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Hall Farm offers the perfect location for stunning receptions, impressive product launches, conferences, fashion shows, and presentations.

Our new function room "The Fenby Room" can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down meal, or theatre style meeting, alternative room layouts can

 
  produce boardroom, classroom, and workgroup environments for up to 70 delegates. The Fenby Room also has an impressive Mezzanine, which is perfect for work groups or as a presentation platform.  
     
 

We also have "The Ashby Room" which can be used as a separate meeting room, private dining room for up to 30 guests, syndicate room for the "Fenby Room" or relaxation area for the more intense conferences.

Both the Ashby and the Fenby Rooms are fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable working environment at any time of year. Fully licensed bars are also available in both rooms.

Hall Farm also boasts the tremendously popular "Roosters Bar and Bistro" which specialises in high quality, freshly prepared food, and relaxed, friendly, and unobtrusive service. This is available on a non-private basis to all conferences for lunch and evening meals. Special Dietary requirements can be discussed with our Head Chef.

 
     
 

Flip Charts, a P.A. System, and a Projector Screen, are included in our delegate rates. Equipment such as;

DINING AT HALL FARM

Hall Farm is well known locally as a fine Restaurant. Whether you are arranging a small directors dinner or a Large celebratory function, our Chef can produce a menu to suit your requirements and budget.

We also have an extensive Wine List to suit all budgets and tastes, and again we are happy to stock any specially requested Wines and Spirits.

With good access by Road, Rail, and Air, and with ample car parking, we can tailor an event to project an image that immediately impresses your customer.

STAFF PARTIES

With the use of both The Fenby Room and The Ashby Room, we have the perfect venue for your next staff party.

Dining for up to 100 in the Fenby Room, and with our own built in disco system, music and dancing in the adjoining Ashby Room. We have a 1.00am music and bar license every Friday and Saturday.
